Racism has been a constant in black America and the African diaspora world wide. My question is based on the idea that if, in your mind, racism ended tomorrow, what would your first move be? In other words, if you have felt like it has held you back, how would you proceed when it is gone?

The flip side of that is, if it never goes away in your lifetime, what will you do?
